COURSE DESCRIPTION All courses include a Warm up on commencement and finish with a Cool Down . All students will be taught a Choreograph Pole Routine, which you may choose to performed at our studios “End of Term Performance”.
Beginners: This course is for those who are new to Pole Dancing. You start by learning the basics and gradually working towards building upper body strength, it includes Basic Pole Fitness Moves / Spins / Transitions between moves / Slides / Pole Climbs.
Intermediate 1: You must have completed the Beginners course to commence this course. This course introduces the students to more difficult moves that requires more upper body and core strength, it includes Inversions / Spins / Kicks / Transitions between moves / Climbing Combinations.
Intermediate 2: To advance to this course you must be able to invert, hold your upper body and core strength without assistance. This course moves into more difficult Inversions / Spins / Kicks / Combinations / Holds.
Intermediate 3: This course consists of more advanced moves. It requires a lot more Strength, Flexibility and Stamina. This course includes Inversions / No handed Inversions / 1 Handed Spins / Kicks / Aerial Combinations / Suspended Holds. Pre Advance: This course is for students who are transitioning between Intermediate 3 course and the Advance courses. This course works on the more difficult moves from Inter 3 and is a introductory to the Advance level. Advance 1 & 2: These are most advanced of all the courses. You must have completed all courses and be physically and mentally prepared to master some of the most difficult moves. It also requires a great deal of Upper Body and Core Strength, as well as Flexibility. This course includes Inversions / No handed Inversions / 1 Handed Spins / Kicks / Aerial Combinations / Suspended Holds / Combination Pole Tricks.
Advance 3 / Master (Invited Only): This is highest level of all the courses. You must have completed all courses and can perform at a high level of aerial mastery, displaying full body awareness & exceptional control in initiating, sustaining & transition of movements on the pole. You must display ability in the following moves: Suspended Holds / Combination Pole Tricks / Aerial shoulder mounts / Static V Handsprings / Iron X
Golden Girls: This course is tailored made for mature aged women who will feel more confident with those of similar age. This course will gradually build your upper body strength, it includes Basic Pole Fitness Moves / Spins / Transitions between moves / Slides.
Male Pole Gym Fitness: This is a great way for males to strengthen there upper bodies, it will enhance your flexibility and endurance.................... Contact us for any enquiries
EXTRA CLASSES
Zumba Class: Every class feels like a party! Come join us and you'll see what I mean. You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. It's easy! Come try it, I guarantee you will have a blast! I look forward to meeting you!
Routine Class: This course is for students who wish to perfect their routines, it will provide the opportunity for you to work on 4 different routines each term, a new routine every 2 weeks. "Routine 1 Class" is for those student who have completed Inter 1 and Inter 2 Pole Fitness courses. "Routine 2 Class" is for those students have completed Inter 3 and above Pole Fitness courses.
Stretch and Conditioning: This course is for students who wish to work on their flexibility and strength, it provides different strengthening and flexibility exercises especially for pole dancing. This is a very good course for those students who are finding it hard to master some of the more intermediate and advance moves.
Burlesque Course: This course will give you an introduction to the fun and glamorous world of Burlesque. Learn sexy Burlesque dance moves and then put them all together into a sultry, flirtatious burlesque routine complete with props. Our experienced burlesque instructor "SHEENA MISS DEMEANOUR" will tease and tempt you and leaving you wanting more!!!!!
