COURSE DESCRIPTION
All courses include a Warm up on  commencement and finish with a Cool Down . All students
will be taught  a Choreograph Pole Routine, which you may choose to performed at our
studios “End of Term Performance”.

POLE DANCE

Beginners:
This course is for those who are new to Pole Dancing. You start by learning the basics and
gradually working towards building upper body strength, it includes Basic Pole Fitness Moves
/ Spins / Transitions between moves / Slides / Pole Climbs.

Intermediate 1:
You must have completed the Beginners course to commence this course. This course
introduces the students to more difficult moves that requires more upper body and core
strength, it includes Inversions / Spins / Kicks / Transitions between moves / Climbing
Combinations.

Intermediate 2:
To advance to this course you must be able to invert, hold your upper body and core strength
without assistance. This course moves into more difficult Inversions / Spins / Kicks /
Combinations / Holds.

Intermediate 3:
This course consists of more advanced moves. It requires a lot more Strength, Flexibility and
Stamina. This course includes Inversions / No handed Inversions / 1 Handed Spins / Kicks /
Aerial Combinations / Suspended Holds.

Intermediate 4 :
This course if for the student who is struggling to move up to the advance levels. It consists of
more advanced moves. It requires a lot more Strength, Flexibility and Stamina. This course
includes Inversions / No handed Inversions / 1 Handed Spins / Kicks / Aerial Combinations /
Suspended Holds.

Inter Tricks and Combos:
The class is to learn the flow of spinning and combinations on the pole. A great way to put all
those amazing tricks you have learnt in a combinations.
This class will help if you are thinking of competing and trying to choreograph routines.
Level: Inter 1 and above

Pre Advance:
This course is for students who are transitioning between Intermediate 4 course and the
Advance courses. This course works on the more difficult moves from Inter 3 and is a
introductory to the Advance level.

Advance 1 & 2:
These are most advanced of all the courses. You must have completed all courses and be
physically and mentally prepared to master some of the most difficult moves. It also requires
a great deal of Upper Body and Core Strength, as well as Flexibility. This course includes
Inversions / No handed Inversions / 1 Handed Spins / Kicks / Aerial Combinations /
Suspended Holds / Combination Pole Tricks.

Advance 3:
This is highest  level of all the courses. You must have completed all courses and can
perform at a high level of aerial mastery, displaying full body awareness & exceptional control
in initiating, sustaining & transition of movements on the pole. You must display ability in the
following moves: Suspended Holds / Combination Pole Tricks / Aerial shoulder mounts /
Static V Handsprings / Iron X

Advance Tricks with Andre:
Andre will be teaching you all of his favourite tricks and transitions in this workshop. To be
able to participate in this workshop you will need to be able to invert from the top of the pole,
shoulder mount and have started working on static V's either normal or twisted grip.
Level: Must have completed Pre Advance (A & B) above

Advance Spins & Combos with Stacey:
The class is to learn the flow of spinning and combinations on the pole. A great way to put all
those amazing tricks you have learnt in a combinations.
This class will help if you are thinking of competing and trying to choreograph routines.
Level: Advance 1 and above

Master (Invited Only) - This class is for teachers and professionals

Male Pole: (Not running this term)
This is a great way for males to strengthen there upper bodies, it will enhance your  flexibility
and endurance....................  Contact us for any enquiries

EXTRA CLASSES
Sexy Pole:
This course will help you find your sexy side in Pole while still remanding classy. It will
included floor work, as well as spins and some pole work. You must have completed a
Beginners pole course. You will also learn to walk and dance in heels.
Advance:  is for those students have completed Pre Advance and above Pole Fitness
courses and have done previous Sexy Pole classes.

Sexy Routine Class:  (Inter 1 & above)
This course is for students who wish to perfect their routines, it will provide the
opportunity for you to work on 2 different routines each term, a new routine every 4 weeks.

Booty:
Want to tone your butt, abs and thighs? This is the class for you ………….a choreographed
class to teach you to shake that Booty. You will learn to isolate your hips, lower back and
butt giving you a amazing way to tone and improve your cardio fitness.
Open to all levels

Stretch and Flex:
This course is for students who wish to work on their flexibility and strength, it provides
different strengthening and flexibility exercises especially for pole dancing. This is a very
good course for those students who are finding it hard to master some of the more
intermediate and advance moves.

Body Conditioning:
This course is for students who wish to work on their strength for pole, it provides
different strengthening exercises especially for pole dancing. This is a very good course
for those students who are finding it hard to master some of the more intermediate and
advance moves.

Pole Technique:
This class is to perfect your technique on move you are struggling with in your course. The
teacher will take you through a warm up and some conditioning moves. You need to bring
to class 1 - 2 moves you would like to work on each week.  


Commercial Jazz: New Course
Commercial Jazz is known to be a highly choreographed dance form.  It is the type of
dance seen in music videos, on the catwalk and at fashion shows, artist tours, advertising
campaigns, corporate events, TV and film etc  ........... Lots of Fun to be had

Courses Not running this Term
Pole Boot Camp Course:
This course provides a workout for your strength, stamina and cardio. You will do drills on
the pole, floor and partner work.
Open to all levels.

Yoga:
Yoga Increase your energy and calm the mind with gentle stretches, postures and poses. .
It also increases muscle strength and builds stamina. Whether you're a regular yogi or are
just starting out with the basics yoga classes are a great way to unwind and develop your
mind and body.

Lyrical Pole:
Lyrical pole is a stylised form of dance, it uses musicality, expressions and shapes from
contemporary to balletic forms of dance.
You will learn to use move your body in a fluid motion whilst using the pole, it will also
include floor work.
You will need to bring leg warmers / socks / kneepads
Level: Inter 3 and above

Improvisation Class:
Improvisation is the process of spontaneously creating movement in dance. Development
of improvised movement material is facilitated through a variety of creative explorations
including body mapping through levels, shape and dynamics schema.
Learn the techniques to be able to improvise while pole dancing. This is a great skill to
have in pole dancing as the poles will not always be the way you like them i.e slippery.
This class is great for those who like to compete or do shows.

Performance Class:
This course is for those students who would like to start entering pole competitions. The
class will show you how to combine tricks and moves to make a routine flow.
As well as how to show you how to move between poles. It will also focus on the
performance level, how to project to the audience.
You will be learning a group routine to be performed at the "End of Term Performance"

Mum's Class:
Looking at getting fit after having your baby???
This class will help re-gain your confidences, tone and strengthen your body whilst having
fun with other mums. If you don't have a sitter, you are most welcome to bring your babies
along with you.

Showgirl Course: (Not running this term)
This course will give you an introduction  to the fun and glamorous world of being a
Showgirl like in Moulin Rouge or Lido de Paris. Learn to walk and move like a beautiful
Showgirl and then put them all together into a routine complete with props that will wow
and world stage.

Barre Class:
This class fuses Pilates, Fitness Training, Yoga, Ballet and Various Dance forms together
in a total barre class. Using the Ballet Barre, Resistance Bands, small balls, weights,
gliding discs and Yoga blocks we integrate the fundamentals of ballet, a strong core
workout, functional joint protecting, low impact gym exercises and dance for a complete
all round fun filled workout.   

Pole Tramp:
Pole Tramp class is a great cardio workout. You will use the mini tramps and along with
some pole moves to build strength and stamina.
Level: Must have completed Inter 2 and above
